Terms and Conditions for the VIP Vegas-Themed Showroom Launch Weekend

1. Introduction

Welcome to the VIP Vegas-themed showroom launch weekend, hosted by MPH Group. By participating in this event, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Eligibility

• Participants must be 18 years of age or older to enter the event and participate in the roulette game and prize draws.

3. Event Details

• The event will take place from Friday, June 14th to Sunday, June 16th, 2024, from 10am to 6pm each day, at our new showroom in Dunfermline, Fife.
• Attendees must book their time slots in advance via the landing page. Each time slot lasts one hour, with the option to stay longer if needed.

4. Instant Win Prizes

• Participants will have the opportunity to play a roulette game for instant win prizes, which may include a free boiler service, 10% off our services, and other discounts.
• Instant win prizes are awarded immediately upon landing on designated roulette numbers.

5. Grand Prize and Other Big Prizes Draw

• The grand prize is a four-night stay at Trump Tower in Las Vegas, including a helicopter tour. Flights are not included.
• Other big prizes include a variety of valuable items and experiences. Participants who land on designated numbers will be entered into prize draws for these big prizes.
• Participants who land on the number zero on the roulette table will be entered into the grand prize draw.
• If only one person lands on zero, they will automatically win the grand prize. If multiple participants land on zero, a random draw will be conducted to determine the winner.
• Draws for the grand prize and other big prizes will take place at 6pm on Sunday, June 16th. Winners must be present at the event to claim their prizes.

6. Prize Redemption

• All prizes must be redeemed within six months from the event date.
• Winners of the grand prize and other big prizes must coordinate their prize details directly with our team. Travel and accommodation arrangements for the grand prize are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

7. Liability

• MPH Group is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur as a result of participating in the event or using the prizes.
• Participants agree to release and hold harmless MPH Group and its affiliates from any liability, claims, or actions of any kind arising from or in connection with the event and prize draws.

8. Changes and Cancellations

• MPH Group reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel the event or any aspect of the prize draws at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of unforeseen circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to notify participants of any changes or cancellations.

9. Data Protection

• By participating in the event, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information by MPH Group for the purposes of administering the event and prize draws.
• Your personal information will not be shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

10. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.

11. Acceptance of Terms

• By booking a time slot and participating in the event, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
